This notice is provided by Muharrem Bilen Hair Artist (“Muharrem Bilen”) as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform visitors of this website and people who contact us.
What data do we process?
This site has no accounts, forms or online payments, and does not collect personal data directly. When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or Instagram, we process the information you share, such as your name, phone number and message. “Book Now” links take you to our separate online booking site (https://muharrembilenrandevu.web.app/); details you enter there, such as your name and phone number, are used only to manage your appointment.
Why?
- To answer training applications and enquiries,
- To handle appointment and service requests,
- To meet our legal obligations.
Data is processed on the legal grounds of establishing or performing a contract and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2).
Third-party services
Links to WhatsApp (Meta), Instagram (Meta) and Google Maps are subject to those companies’ own privacy policies. The map on the Branches page is loaded from Google only when you view that page. The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, and technical access logs (IP address, browser information) may be kept by the hosting provider for security. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object. Send requests through the contact details below.
